I am running for Mayor because I believe local government should focus on practical solutions, responsible spending, and measurable results.

The Man Behind the Name
Hard work. Resilience. Community.
At 34 years old, I am proud to be one of the younger candidates seeking to become Mayor of Squamish.
I grew up in the small town of Courtice, Ontario, where I learned the value of hard work, personal responsibility, and solving problems head on. My journey has taken me from tying rebar on construction sites to working in the cold winter (and hot summer) Fort McMurray oil sands projects to environmental remediation systems and finally to carbon capture facilities.
Like many people who now call Squamish home, I wasn't born here.. I chose to build my future here.
I've experienced the challenges that many residents face today, including the struggle to find housing and the rising cost of living. I've also experienced the incredible community spirit that makes Squamish one of the most special places I’ve ever been to in Canada.
I'm running for Mayor because I believe Squamish deserves practical leadership focused on results, creating opportunities for young people, supporting families, and ensuring our community remains a place where people can build a life, not just visit.
Because Squamish deserves A Better Deal.
